Shipping

We ship our products to all metros and most of the cities & towns in India & across the Globe. To ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier company with utmost safe packing.           

• Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• We ensure a safe packing to reduce any damage in transit.
• We make our best efforts to process your order & ship it within 1-3 working days (Monday – Saturday). However, in some rare cases, it may take longer (generally up to 6 working days), as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In any such case, the buyer will be informed within 2 days about the delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, the delivery time varies based on your location Pincode/zipcode (usually 1-3 business days, 4-5 business days, or 7-10 business days). And for other areas, it could take up to 1 week.
• Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if the package is tampered or damaged. Once delivered, no claim will be entertained.
  Note: Once we dispatch the items, the courier company will be liable for all delivery arrangements and we cannot be held responsible for the missing/damage or undelivered item/parcel.

• Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
• International customers: Delivery time from 10 days to 25 working days based on shipping mode selected by customer

Return & Warranty:

Warranty is valid on some products, exclusively If it has been mentioned. Generally, SMPS/backlights, panels, tools, and china items don’t carry any warranty what so ever. Some of the materials, kits, boards, and circuits carry a warranty and are bound by the terms & conditions of the warranty and type of usage. In case of damage under transportation, we are not liable for any return or replacement. For the items which are resold by us would carry the warranty of its respective manufacturer, if offered by them. Also, see warranty terms and conditions.

 

Taxes:

We have no control or prior knowledge of State Taxes or Octroi that may be charged by your state. These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay these taxes.

 

Import Duties:

If applicable in your country will be paid by the customer, the same will be collected on delivery by the courier company.
